UV DTF Wrap

to suit 16oz cups

1. Prepare your surface with cleaning any dust, fingerprints, oils, etc. (we suggest using a clean microfiber and/or isopropyl alcohol)

2. Line up the design on your surface and trim any possibly overlapping if necessary.

3. Prepare your wrap or decal by using a scraper and hands to warm and scrape both sides of the design. 

4. Using painters tape, visualise your design in three sections and  tape top and bottom of the 2 of those 3 sections.

5. Start pealing back the 1st section which is not taped down and trim the backing from the design/sticky sheet.

6. Press this first section to the surface, starting from the middle of the design working outward to ensure no bubbles form.

7. Ideally using a cup cradle, place cup down and start to slowly pull remaining backing from design by using a hand to press the design to your surface, while the other hand pulls gently at removing the backing sheet. (I find pull upward as if your almost folding the backing sheet to itself, helps to keep design from sticking to the backing sheet)

8. Moving slowly and adjusting cup and hands as you go will assure your alignment and total design is removed from backing sheet. 

9. Once full backing sheet is removed and design is placed on your surface, use hands to warm and scraper along entire design to assure adhesion. 

10. Carefully remove top, sticky layer by slowly pulling it from surface and design. Occasionally the glue around an edge of the design sticks to top sheet but you can watch as you pull it and if anything starts to stick, try and press it back to the surface from the outside of the sheet. (I use my fingernail around the edge of the design and this usually assists it to transfer to the surface or try using scraper, re-scraping that edge of the design. )

Voila! You should have a beautiful complete UV DTF transfer!!

• Any UV DTF surface should be HAND WASHED ONLY

• Please allow at least 48 hours for design to cure before use.
